KDLA Local Records Program Grants
 
The Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA) Local Records Program grant application period for fiscal year 2019 (Cycle 1) is now open.

All local government agencies in Kentucky are eligible to apply for funding to assist with records management. This includes security microfilming of permanent records; digitization of records; purchasing archival supplies such as shelving; records conservation, and salary grants to pay for projects such as records indexing.

The application form and grant program guidelines are available on KDLA’s website: https://kdla.ky.gov/records/recmgmtservices/Pages/LocalRecordsProgramGrants.aspx.

All applicants are encouraged to contact their Regional Administrator for assistance with the application process. If you are unsure which region your agency is located within, please consult the map at the link above.
