Please use the service desk request if you are experiencing difficulities with computer hardware and software. E-mail COT here.

Accessing Webmail

Remember, you remain responsible for the security and confidentiality of data while accessing webmail.

1. Go to webmail.ky.gov

2. When prompted, enter the domain as KYfd01\ (The 0 is the number zero, not the letter “o.”) followed by your username.

3. Enter your password. (This is the same password used to login to your workstation.)

4. If you are directed to a page containing a second link, please click on that.

5. You will again be prompted to enter a domain and password. The information will be the same as above.

6. After this, you should be able to access your email and calendar.

How to retrieve voicemail from a remote location

To listen to voicemail from outside the office, follow these steps:

- Dial (502) 573-2686.
- When the attendant answers, punch ** immediately
- Punch in your mailbox number, your password and follow the prompts
