The Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Advisory Board meeting will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the Department for Local Government at 1:00 pm to make funding recommendations to the Governor’s Office. The meeting is open to the public.

The Land and Water Conservation Fund Program is federally funded by the Department of Interior, National Park Service and receives approximately $631,891 for the development and renovation of outdoor recreational facilities such as Campgrounds, Picnic Areas, Sports & Playfields, Swimming Facilities, Boating and Fishing Facilities, Support Facilities, and Amphitheaters throughout the Commonwealth.
