The Kentucky Department for Local Government would like to clarify, after much consideration, the KCDBG-DR requirement for a certified administrator. While the KCDBG-DR still requires a KCDBG-DR certified administrator, this will not be a requirement of the developer (or any other applicant) to bring as part of their application or be included in the budget/financial model for the project. DLG will provide the required KCDBG-DR certified administrator to any funded project.
In regards to the section of the application asking for the description and capacity of the grant administrator, please feel free to leave blank and simply say N/A.
